Kee’s five wickets stuns Queenscliff

Portarlington continued its unbeaten start to the Bellarine Peninsula Cricket Association season with a huge win against Queenscliff.
Coming off a 10-run win against Barrabool in Round 1, the Demons were at their best making 9/330 on Saturday and then backed it up on Sunday by bowling Queenscliff out for 160.
Opener Sam Chisholm set the tone early with a power-laden 90 and shared in a 135-run stand with gun recruit Paul Wells, who made 59.
Keeper Andrew Wedge contributed 63 while Darren Duff helped push the total well past 300 with 43 before being run out.
Queenscliff began the run chase well with a 72-run opening partnership between Michael Farrell (96) and Sam Ridgway (25), but Sean Kee turned the game around with 5/27 from 22 overs in a stunning performance with the ball.
Drysdale also remained unbeaten after defeating Ocean Grove in a high-scoring encounter.
Grove set a target of 233 for victory, which Drysdale chased down in the 75th and final over on Sunday.
Dylan Justice took 3/51 from 18 overs and Luke Malcolm toiled hard for 2/69 from 18. Leigh Allan took 1/29 and was economical from his 15 overs.
Drysdale began its run chase well with Jason Malcolm (56) and Shane Cutajar (40) leading the way before Nick Hallam (43) and David Hambrook (50 not out) took control of the middle order.
Hambrook and Josh Williams (13 not out) guided the side home with five balls and four wickets to spare in a high-quality game.
